Established in 1972, Asian americans Justice that is advancing Law Caucus could be the nation’s very first legal and civil legal rights company serving the low-income Asian Pacific American communities. Advancing Justice – ALC focuses on housing legal rights, immigration and immigrants’ liberties, work and work dilemmas, pupil advocacy (ASPIRE), civil legal rights and hate violence, national safety, and criminal justice reform. The organization also helps to set national policies in affirmative action, voting rights, Census and language rights as a founding affiliate of Asian Americans Advancing Justice.

Considering that the great majority of Asians and Pacific Islanders in the us are immigrants and refugees, Advancing Justice – Asian Law Caucus strives to create informed and educated communities empowered to assert their legal rights and also to take part actively in US culture. (altro…)
