Machine suitable for rolling soft dough, obtaining rolls of different sizes. Forming is made between a rotating cone and two concave spirals, teflon coated, attached to the cone. The dough pieces are perfectly spherical shaped. Complete with an independent electric flour sprinkler. Machine is mobile. Perfect for different products likes panettone, Tuscan bread, pugliese bread, rustic bread and many other.
Available in 2 versions:
CO 9: for dough pieces of 100/800 g.
CO 20: for dough pieces of 300/1800 g.
