Impianto Semi-Automatico per Pane
The Line includes the Volumetric Divider CPS , the Intermediate Proofer CTZ and the final Horizontal Moulder FTZ. It’s extremely compact and requires only 4,5 sq. of the laboratory. The volumetric divider loads automatically the Intermediate Proofer that, after the correct proofing time, will load the inlet Belt of the Horizontal Moulder FTZ. Depending of the dough properties, an electric flour duster could be mounted at the exit of the Divider and at the exit of the Proofer. The maximum production could be 1.200 pcs / Hour. The Line could be provided with a remote control to operate the machines together from one point, by the Operator.
